- Taking approval of newly appointed employee and faculty of DIU from Top management
- Process yearly increment and promotion of Admin & Faculty of DIU and Taking approval from Top management
- ROBI Corporate SIM distribution and database maintenance.
- Facing and solving HR related query from administrative employees, faculty and top management of DIU.
Daffodil Web Team Support:
- DIU Facebook, Blog update
- Giving plan and format to Daffodil Web Team and management to update website of DIU and Daffodil Group.
- Personal website (www.saburkhan.info) & Facebook Fan page update of Top management
- Visit all website of all concerns under Daffodil Group and give necessary updates to concerned web section.
- Look after Wikipedia page of Top management
- Personal blog update of Top management
- Necessary support in others activities
Social Media marketing:
- Keeping eyes on all Facebook fan pages of Daffodil Groups and giving all updated posting on these pages (as Admin and normal visitor).
Daffodil Foundation (DF):
- Forum maintenance & update as an Admin.
- Website update as an Admin.
- Student counseling.
- Making plan & proposal for different kinds of CSR activity for Daffodil Foundation, taking approval from Top management, arranging the event, reporting, etc.
- Prepare monthly & yearly report.
- Facebook marketing.
- Coordination with Chandpur Project Office in all kinds of activities.
- Coordination in software preparation activity with Daffodil Software Team.
- Follow up
- Seeking opportunity to work with other charity organizations and ensuring all kinds of support to making MoU with other organizations.

- Coordination with Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI) (Presidents secretariat office, PR section, web & IT section & other relevant sectors).
- Look after & maintain DCCI Forum & website
- Official website, Photo Gallery, News & Media site, Facebook & other social media update of “Entrepreneurship and Innovation Expo”
